Victoria's
Deakin University has received an Australian Research Council Discovery
Grant of more than $300,000 to fund a three-year project that will explore
and apply 3D digital technology to dance to enhance creativity and take
artistry to new levels.
The technology was also used earlier this year to help Australian
Test cricketer - and the face of Deakin in India -Brett Lee
to work out a few kinks in his batting and bowling techniques.
